Larry Benjamin

Larry Benjamin’s career in physician recruiting dates back to 1993, all but one of those years invested with MDA’s Atlanta office as a staffing consultant for Pediatrics, Neonatology, and Pediatric Critical Care. His warm and caring demeanor makes him a favorite of clients and physicians throughout Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and South Carolina. Initially, Larry put his business education to use in banking, focusing on personal loans, checking/savings accounts and individual investments. He was the banker for a number of MDA employees, who encouraged him to begin a career in locum tenens placement. A student of history, he enjoys travel as it relates to seeing important sites in American and European history, appreciating how history comes to life when visiting the actual locations where history has been made. He and his wife are the very proud parents of one young son. His other “baby” is his Harley Cruiser, which he rides at every opportunity.
