Karen Drake

Karen Drake is truly a professional when it comes to staffing. Prior to joining MDA’s Atlanta office in October 2005, she spent fifteen years in several areas of sales and staffing, including eleven years in IT and four years in Primary Care. At MDA she continues her focus on Primary Care staffing, serving the clients and physicians of Florida, Michigan, and South Carolina. Karen strives to provide superior customer service, quick response, and quality matches to her clients and providers. A rare Native Atlantan, Karen graduated from Georgia State University with a dual degree in Pre-Law/Journalism. She is proud to be three-quarters Greek, stating that she has the “big fat Greek family’ and hair to prove it! When not at MDA, Karen is an avid gardener; some of her favorites being miniature roses, tropicals and Japanese maples. She shares her home with an Australian shepherd, a Chocolate lab, and one fat cat. She also enjoys acrylic painting, camping and live music festivals.
